At EminentMeds, we are committed to customer satisfaction and product quality. If you receive a damaged product, incorrect item, or an incorrect quantity, you are eligible to request a refund or a reshipment in accordance with the policy outlined below.

Policy Basics

1. Customers may request a refund or reshipment if the received order is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete.
2. To help us resolve the issue quickly, customers are required to provide clear photographs of both the outer package and the received products.
3. All requests are reviewed by our support and logistics team to verify the issue before initiating any resolution.

Resolution Process

• Once we receive the required images and details, our team will review the issue and aim to provide a resolution within 12 working hours.
• Customers can choose between:

Refund: The full eligible amount will be processed back to the original payment method used for the order. A confirmation will be sent to the registered email address once the refund is initiated.

Reshipment: We will resend the correct products or the same quantity of pills as originally ordered. Customers may confirm whether the reshipment should be sent to the same address or an alternate address. A new tracking number will be provided once the replacement order is dispatched.

Return of Products

1. In certain cases, customers may be asked to return the received products. If a return is required, EminentMeds will provide the return address.
2. Customers must share the return shipment tracking number once the package has been sent back.
3. Refund processing will begin after confirmation of the return shipment, as per policy guidelines.
